The AVP will ensure branch operations are effective, efficient, and compliant with policies, while assisting the Branch VP to maintain smooth operations and supervise complex inquiries.

The role requires a flexible schedule with Saturday availability and offers opportunities to lead a growing team across multiple markets in Texas.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) for our Rice Village location. The AVP ensures that branch operations are effective, efficient and in compliance with credit union policies and procedures.

The AVP assists the Branch Vice President to ensure the smooth flow of branch operations. The AVP performs supervisory duties as directed by the Branch VP, and handles inquiries and situations that are more complex and require supervisory attention.

This position demands a flexible schedule with Saturday availability required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent or equivalent work experience

Experience

• One to three years of banking and/or financial experience, in which achieving goals was required, on a routine basis or related experience
