First Community Credit Union is seeking a Branch Vice President for our Rice Village location in Houston, TX. The role focuses on leading daily operations, coaching the team, and expanding member relationships through service excellence.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in banking or credit unions, and be available for Saturday work. An associate degree or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on leadership and operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or completion of a specialized course of study or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Three to five years of branch operations and supervisory experience or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and service quality.
• Coach and develop branch staff to meet goals.
• Drive business development and member relationships.
• Support ITM implementation and technology-enabled service.
