Job summary

First Community Credit Union – Houston is seeking a Branch Vice President for our Rice Village location. You will lead and coach the branch team, drive business development, and ensure exceptional member service.

You will oversee daily operations, guide attainment of individual and team goals, and collaborate with ITM in-lobby technology to enhance service delivery while building lasting member relationships.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of branch operations and supervisory experience or related experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
