Job summary

First Community Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker for our Rice Village location. The PB works with existing members and solicits new members to use our credit union products and services.

A minimum of one to three years of sales or financial institution experience with meeting goals is required. The PB manages multiple appointments in a busy environment and completes daily administrative tasks while delivering excellent member service and pursuing cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School graduate OR GED equivalent OR equivalent work experience.
• One to three years of financial or related experience, in which achieving sales goals or quotas was required on a routine basis.

Job description

We are currently seeking a Personal Banker for our Rice Village location. The Personal Banker (PB) works with existing credit union membership and solicits new members to utilize various credit union products and services.

The qualified candidate will need to have a minimum of one to three years prior sales or financial institution experience in which achieving goals/quotas were met on a routine basis.

This position effectively manages multiple appointments in a busy environment while also completing a variety of daily administrative tasks. In addition to providing first rate member service, the PB is accountable for meeting monthly goals, as well as seeking ongoing cross sell opportunities.
