First Community Credit Union is hiring a Branch Vice President for our Rice Village location in Houston, TX. You will oversee daily branch operations, coach staff, and drive business development while delivering exceptional member service with ITM technology in the lobby.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in banking or credit unions and is available to work Saturdays. An associate degree or equivalent work experience is required as part of our qualifications.

Description

First Community Credit Union is currently seeking a Branch Vice President for our Rice Village location! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about leadership, team coaching, and business development.

Along with overseeing the daily operations, the Branch VP is responsible for guiding their branch team towards meeting established individual and team goals. This location will feature our ITM (Integrated Teller Machines) in the lobby, which enhances the member service experience through technology and allows the branch staff to focus on building and maintaining relationships.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of supervisory experience in a banking/credit union setting. Saturday availability is required.
