Bar Harbor Bank & Trust in Randolph, VT seeks an experienced Personal Banker to join the team. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, delivering courteous, professional service while aligning with BHBT's sales and service standards.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, opening accounts, identifying deposit and loan opportunities, building relationships, networking in the community, and supporting branch goals.

Formación

• Minimum of a high school degree or the equivalent.
• Banking, retail and/or customer service experience is required.
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated aptitude and desire for customer service and sales achievement.
• Decision-maker with well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Active listening and communication skills, verbal and written; proven ability to adapt tone and techniques to best suit the audience.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and acclimate quickly to changing priorities, multi-tasking.
• Honesty and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Processes a complete range of transactions and customer services with an emphasis on maximizing and deepening customer relationships through identification of sales opportunities.
• Proficient in opening and maintaining all types of accounts.
• Identify qualified referral opportunities and offer warm hand-offs to business partners.
• Builds and maintains personal banking relationships with customers, consumers, and businesses.
• Engage with the community through external events and prospect outreach.
