Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking to fill a full-time Assistant Branch Manager position locatedat our Randolph, VT location. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service; assisting with special or specific banking needs; leading the staff to first class service standards; and assisting the branch to meet its goals. Majority of time will be dedicated to servicing customers at the teller line and managing the vault within established limits.
To qualify, a candidate should have an associate's degree in a business-related field and/or three years of previous banking experience. Customer service experience and a working knowledge of Windows are essential for this position. An individual who enjoys being part of a fast paced, positive team environment will be best matched for this position.

The compensation for this position is based on a variety of factors including experience & skills. We offer a competitive pay range and opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. Pay Range: 47,000-53,000.
