PNC in Rocky River, OH is seeking a Personal Banker to engage customers, assess financial needs, and offer tailored PNC solutions in every interaction. Based in our in-office Rocky River branch, you will build relationships, guide clients through products, and contribute to local community banking goals.

You will participate in a defined sales process, collaborate with partners, and help customers manage their everyday finances while ensuring risk controls and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree typically required.
• Related experience or product knowledge may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet and loyalty.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through defined processes including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions and lobby engagement.
• Educates customers on PNС options and leverages technology to meet needs.
