PNC Financial Services Group seeks a Personal Banker in Grand Rapids, MI, based at the Cascade Branch. This in-office role focuses on delivering a best-in-class customer experience, expanding the branch customer base, and growing share of wallet through proactive conversations and digital tools.

You will collaborate with ecosystem partners, educate customers on PNC products, and operate within risk controls while supporting daily branch operations to ensure accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with related experience.
• 3+ years experience in personal banking or retail banking.
• Background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations with a defined sales process including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
• Grow customer share of wallet by leveraging ecosystem partnerships.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using PNC products and digital tools.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify and solve customer problems and drive loyalty.
• Support branch operations and adhere to policies to manage risk and ensure accuracy.
