PNC is seeking a Personal Banker to join the Retail Banking team at the Fox Point Branch in Glendale, Wisconsin. The role focuses on expanding the branch’s customer base, delivering strategic financial solutions, and enhancing the customer experience with proactive sales and service activities.

You will engage with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet, leverage technology to educate customers, and maintain strong risk controls while supporting branch operations and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree preferred with 3+ years banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and risk awareness.
• Ability to identify opportunities and grow share of wallet.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet and loyalty.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions and lobby engagement.
