Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations with a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by differentiating the customerexperience and educating on options to manage transactions.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Assist in branch operations and adhere to policies to manage risk and ensure efficient, accurate tasks.
