Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED or currently enrolled in high school.
• Six months of work experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Pass background investigation per company policy.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions in a high-volume environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Assist in achieving monthly new account production targets.
• Participate in in-store sales and cross-sell bank services.
• Process deposits and payouts accurately and balance daily operations.
• Handle cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Issue receipts and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, wires and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Approval limits based on authority levels.
