Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, equivalency, or currently in high school.
• Ability to communicate clearly in Spanish and English.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check as per company policy.
• Team player with colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service, handling cash transactions in a high-volume environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies under supervisor guidance.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets.
• Participate in in-store prospecting as needed.
• Process deposits and pay-outs, balance daily operations.
• Receive cash/cheques, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Enter transactions and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base.
• Attend work regularly and punctually.
