Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school education or equivalent.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, provide exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and offer bank products and services.
• Follow policies in accordance with bank procedures and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets as assigned by management.
• Participate in in-store sales and cross-sell bank services and products.
• Process deposits, cash checks, issue receipts, and balance daily operations.
• Handle money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs as needed.
• Provide bank services to a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish-speaking population.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
