Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume, sales environment, handling receipts and payments.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services to support financial success.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions; ensure accurate daily transaction recording and balancing.
• Cross-sell bank services and process deposits, withdrawals, and money orders.
• Provide services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking individuals.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
