Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment.
• Open new accounts and promote bank products to customers.
• Handle deposits and cash transactions accurately and balance daily.
• Process checks, money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Cross-sell bank services and support a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Operate computer and bank machinery; detect counterfeit cash.
