Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.

• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.

• Must pass background investigation.
• Ability to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, involving receipt and payment of cash, in a high volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow established policies in accordance with the bank and supervisor guidance.
• Achieve monthly new account production as directed by management.
• Participate in an active sales environment that may include in-store aisle prospecting.
• Process deposits and pay out funds and balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, wires and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base including Spanish-speaking population.
• Perform tasks as requested by supervisors related to bank operations.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• adhere to established approval limits based on authority levels.
