Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash receipts and payments in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow established bank policies under supervisor guidance.
• Achieve monthly new account production goals as assigned.
• Engage in in-store prospecting and cross-sell bank services.
• Process deposits and issue receipts, balancing daily operations.
• Accept cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Guard against counterfeit items and verify identifications.
• Enter transactions into the computer and provide receipts.
• Sell money orders and bank-to-bank wires, CDs, and other services.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Serve a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform other tasks requested by supervisors and ensure attendance.
