Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash receipts and payments in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets.
• Participate in in-store prospecting and cross-sell bank services.
• Process deposits and funds, balance daily operations, and issue receipts.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and check endorsements.
• Guard against counterfeit items and verify identifications.
• Enter transactions into computer systems and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Provide services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Understand and operate within approved approval limits.
