Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a similar role.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Background checks required per CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations using a defined process including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by delivering a differentiated customer experience.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Help manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures and supporting daily branch operations.
