Job summary

PNC is seeking a full-time Personal Banker in Glendale, AZ at the Arrowhead Branch. You will help customers with everyday banking, open accounts, respond to inquiries, and promote PNC solutions to meet financial goals.

The role requires at least an Associate degree or equivalent experience and about 3+ years in banking or customer service. You will work in-office, engage in proactive sales, manage risk, and collaborate with partners to grow client relationships.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree or related experience.
• 3+ years of banking or customer-facing experience.
• Background checks as per regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations and elevates client loyalty via a defined sales process.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet using PNC products.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Applies product knowledge to identify and resolve customer problems.
