PNC is seeking a Universal Personal Banker for our Retail organization, based in Phoenix, AZ. You will engage customers in-branch, drive sales, & deepen relationships while leveraging PNC solutions to enhance financial wellbeing.

You will participate in lobby engagements, educate customers on digital tools, and handle everyday banking needs with adherence to risk controls and branch operations. This role emphasizes customer focus and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; related experience or product knowledge.
• 3+ years experience in a banking or retail environment.
• No degree required if an equivalent combination of education and experience is demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service-to-sales, and lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet by positioning PNC products to meet customer needs.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and assisting with branch daily operations.
