PNC’s London Branch in London, OH is seeking a Personal Banker to acquire and deepen the customer base and to drive revenue through proactive sales. You will collaborate with ecosystem partners to expand wallet share and deliver a differentiated customer experience.

Role requires strong service orientation, risk awareness, and ability to educate customers on digital tools. Base salary range is $41,250.00 to $68,750.00 with incentive potential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an Associates or equivalent degree with related experience or product knowledge.
• 3+ years of experience in banking or financial services is common for this level.
• Knowledge of PNC products and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions using a defined sales process.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows wallet share through a differentiated customer experience.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and participates in branch daily operations.
