Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Personal Banker to be based at the Dunwoody, GA branch. This role focuses on acquiring and deepening customer relationships, driving proactive sales, and delivering a differentiated client experience to grow wallet share.

Qualifications

Associates or equivalent degree required.
3+ years experience in a relevant role or product knowledge.
Background in banking or financial services helpful.

Responsibilities

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process.
Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by delivering a differentiated customer experience.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems.
Manage risk by following policies and ensuring branch operations are efficient and accurate.
