PNC is seeking a Personal Banker to join our in‑office retail team in Smyrna, GA. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base, delivering tailored financial solutions, and driving customer loyalty through proactive service and sales conversations.

Based in Smyrna, GA, you will work with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet, educate customers on options for managing transactions with digital tools, and adhere to risk policies to protect both client and bank.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree and related experience are typically required.
• Experience in retail banking and customer onboarding preferred.
• Knowledge of PNC products and sales processes is a plus.
