Job summary

Academy Bank, N.A. is hiring a Personal Banker in Colorado to build client relationships, open and service deposit accounts, and promote banking products. You will educate clients on digital tools and deliver fast, personalized service while ensuring compliance and security.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $22.00 to $26.50, with eligibility for incentive compensation. Full-time associates receive a benefits package including Medical, Vision, 401(k), disability, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
• Proficiency with banking systems, digital banking platforms, Microsoft Office 365 including Copilot and Excel preferred.
• Working knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively and achieve individual performance goals with strong self-driven work ethic.
• Ability to be NMLS licensed and registered required.

Responsibilities

• Open and service consumer deposit accounts while identifying opportunities to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels to improve convenience.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing fast, easy, and personalized service.
• Process a variety of banking transactions, account maintenance requests, and operational tasks.
• Protect client and bank information by following privacy and security requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, bank policies, and procedures.
• Complete required training and maintain knowledge of products and regulatory requirements.
