Job summary

Academy Bank is seeking a Personal Banker in Colorado to open and service consumer deposit accounts, promote banking products, and deliver personalized service to Walmart customers and other clients. You will educate customers on digital banking tools and ensure accurate, compliant processing of transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months sales experience preferred.
• Previous banking experience is advantageous.
• NMLS licensing and registration required.

Responsibilities

• Open and service consumer deposit accounts.
• Promote bank products through conversations with customers.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels.
• Deliver fast, personalized service while building relationships.
• Process banking transactions and maintenance requests accurately.
• Protect client information and ensure privacy and security.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies.
• Complete required training and stay updated on products and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
