Job summary

Renasant Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver a consistent, best-in-class customer experience while proactively engaging with existing and prospective customers to assess and meet financial needs.

In this role you will operate as a financial advisor of choice, drive deposits and accounts progression, and refer clients to branch partners to increase income while maintaining a strong focus on regulatory compliance and community presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year related customer experience and sales experience required
• Strong dedication and motivation to achieving sales, service, and operational results and exceeding expectations
• Ability to produce individual and team sales and customer experience results
• Ability to read and apply bank regulations and procedures

Responsibilities

• Drive a best-in-class branch experience in service execution, sales, and operations
• Develop daily plans to deepen customer relationships and execute service standards
• Partner with Branch Manager to achieve service and sales goals
• Role-model Renasant service standards in all customer interactions
• Resolve customer issues by owning the problem and acting as liaison between customer and bank
• Identify customer financial needs and make appropriate recommendations
• Maintain partnerships with other lines of business to drive profitable relationships
• Participate in community activities representing Renasant Bank
• Back-up Teller duties as needed
