The role blends sales with banking operations and ongoing professional development within WaFd. As you build product knowledge and client solutions, you will demonstrate consultative conversations, promote digital tools, and help clients meet financial goals.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Good math skills, 10-key and keyboarding, standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, PowerBI and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong written and oral communication.

• Build deposit and loan relationships and bring in new business.
• Open new accounts, discuss and refer or originate loans, and onboard clients.
• Engage clients through consultative conversations and promote digital/self-service options.
