Job summary

BOK Financial in McAlester is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver outstanding client service and grow lasting relationships through our Banking Navigator program—a 9-week training to equip you with the skills to excel.

During training you’ll receive hands-on guidance, virtual sessions and on-the-job practice. After graduation you’ll assist clients with accounts, loans and digital banking while building trust and growing referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent written communication and professional etiquette.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build and retain relationships.
• Open and educate clients about retail products and services.
• Educate clients on online banking, Bill Pay, E-Statements, and mobile/ATM deposits.
• Resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Process teller transactions and assist clients with financial needs.
• Follow internal controls and comply with policies and regulations.
