Job summary

Bankatcity in Ronceverte, WV is seeking an energetic hourly Full-Time Personal Banker to provide exceptional customer service, process routine transactions, and help customers navigate banking options.

You will actively promote Bankatcity products, resolve issues promptly, maintain accurate cash handling, and support loan applications while building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated sales and service skills are important.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize to ensure excellent customer service.
• Professional dress and demeanor are expected.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail banking experience preferred.
• Must comply with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and Regulation Z; background checks will be conducted.
• Work is indoors in environmentally-controlled conditions.
• May sit or stand; lifting 5–10 pounds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet customer needs.
• Promote and sell bank products and services to customers.
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer and cash supply.
• Assist customers with loan applications and referrals; close loans as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and comply with policies and procedures.
