Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales and service experience in a customer facing retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Positive, professional demeanor with customers and co-workers; strong math and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales referrals and cross-selling goals by understanding product features and benefits.
• Promote bank products and refer to appropriate departments as needed.
• Manage a book of business and develop relationships with customers.
• Handle branch operations tasks and ensure accurate cash handling and balancing.
• Assist in training other branch employees and support center when needed.
