• NMLS certification recommended within 1 year of employment

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management & Customer Service: Build and strengthen customer relationships by providing personalized service and educating customers on our products and services.
• Account Opening & Financial Solutions: Open consumer and business deposit accounts and advise on digital banking options.
• Consumer Lending: Identify lending opportunities and guide customers through loan processes.
• Business Development: Support branch business development and partner with teams to identify referral opportunities.
• Branch Operations: Assist with teller transactions and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
