Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with business credit requests under $250K, recognize/refer larger lending opportunities and cross sell treasury and related small business products.
• Build referral opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and MGM Program.
• Assist in strategies to grow the small business client and implement sales plans for Book of Business customers.
• Deliver client services and outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships through cross-selling products and services.
• Provide coaching to Tellers and branch staff on products and programs; identify client needs and referrals.
• Educate clients on service and digital channels; leverage marketing tools to uncover opportunities and present financial solutions.
• Understand and comply with Citibank policies and procedures; drive compliance and ethical conduct.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguard Citi and assets, escalate and report control issues with transparency.
