Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client experience by communicating with clients via calls, chats, and secure messages.
• Educate clients about bank services such as online banking, Bill Pay, and mobile/ATM deposits.
• Confidently recommend a full range of consumer products and services to help clients reach goals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and coaching to improve knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to standards and escalate issues when appropriate.
