As a Branch Sales and Service Associate I [in a Universal Branch or in an In-store Branch], you will strengthen customer relationships through a defined sales process. You will spend most of your time as a personal banker, engaging customers in sales conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in Stockton, CA at the Stockton branch.

Job Description
  1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  2. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations with every client to identify suitable solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  3. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, thereby driving customer loyalty.
  5. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Show heightened vigilance to identify and prevent loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

Work Experience

Typically, roles at this level do not require a university/college degree but do require related experience or product knowledge. Usually, 1+ years of related experience is needed. A combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Base Salary: $45,760 - $59,800

Salaries may vary based on location, market data, skills, experience, and education.

Incentive: Role is incentive eligible, based on company, business, and individual performance.
