About Your Role

Accurately process routine financial transactions for banking customers with an emphasis on personalized quality service. Contribute to the growth, profitability, and customer retention of the Branch by meeting sales and service goals. Assess customer needs and effectively sell banking products and services. Provide banking services ensuring high-quality service to current and prospective customers.

What You Will Do

• Greet customers warmly and professionally. Assist new and existing customers in selecting appropriate products and services to meet their needs using consultative selling techniques.
• Balance and verify cash drawer daily, ensuring minimum teller difference and loss standards. Attend to night deposit vault, ATM, ITM, coin machine as needed.
• Make outbound calls to promote Bank, Wealth, and NEST products and services.
• Meet and exceed annual sales and referral goals for bank products and digital services.
• Proactively sell bank products to deepen customer relationships based on needs.
• Identify sales opportunities for Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Wealth, and Trust services.
• Solicit and process new consumer loan applications, and close loans.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding bank services, collaborating with internal departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform account maintenance and provide notary services if licensed.
• Handle teller transactions like deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing in accordance with bank policies.
• Serve as Branch Supervisor if directed by management.
• Assist with branch functions as assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Support customer migration to digital channels.
• Stay current on bank policies and procedures, including BSA, and attend training as needed.
• Participate in the Branch Incentive Program.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, employment laws, and organizational policies.
• Maintain compliance files and ensure staff meet disclosure and compliance requirements.
