As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA at 6th & Spring Branch. This branch is located at 510 N 6TH ST, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19123-4013.

Job Description
  1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  2. Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  3. Create customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues effectively, enhancing loyalty.
  5. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations efficiently and accurately.
