Job Profile

As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Western Philadelphia, PA at Cobbs Creek Branch, located at 5726 Baltimore Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19143-3127.

Job Description

1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, and lobby engagement. Deliver comprehensive PNC solutions during each client interaction. Leverage community and ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
3. Create customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through differentiated experiences. Engage with customers in the lobby to identify needs and educate on financial management options using technology and resources.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, fostering loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment. Participate in branch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
