Work Location:

104 Culbertson Run Rd, Downingtown, PA 19335

Work Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
(Must be flexible around branch hours)

Function:

Responsible for profiling customers to determine financial services needs and referring customers to other Line of Business partners when appropriate. Opens loan and deposit accounts. Achieves individual goals including loan and deposit production and other sales goals as assigned by Branch management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proves competencies in bank operations by:

• Completing the Sales Platform training as assigned by Consumer Bank Training
• Demonstrating product knowledge, sales aptitude, and service expectations successfully
• Executing the expectations outlined in the Branch Playbook

• Profiles customers to recommend appropriate S&T loan and deposit products
• Utilizes all sales tools provided to enhance customer experience and sales conversations, such as LoanFit and sales binder
• Completes the S&T Sales process and documents notes for future interactions
• Inputs loan applications using LOS software and coordinates loan document preparation
• Opens new deposit accounts and produces related documents
• Suggests additional bank services using a combination of skills, product knowledge, and policies, making referrals as appropriate
• Contributes to branch goals and sales/service standards as outlined in the branch playbook
• Executes professional sales and service behaviors aligned with the bank's values
• Follows up on loans and accounts, correcting deficiencies promptly
• Utilizes the Sales & Service guide for campaign calls to generate new business
• Assists in coaching staff on the S&T Sales process and expectations
• Maintains good relationships with other departments and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
• Completes NLMS requirements for S.A.F.E. Act certification and maintains registration
• Performs other duties as assigned to support branch operations

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or a two-year degree.

Experience:

Two to five years of general experience required; specialized experience preferred.

Physical Demands:

Operates keypad and electronic equipment for 70%, 10% each for other office equipment; standing 2 hours/day; sitting 5 hours/day; lifting up to 10 lbs. routinely, 20 lbs. occasionally, and up to 50 lbs. rarely; typing and data entry up to 40% of the day; close vision required for computer work.
