Virtual Premier Advisor or Virtual Premier Banker - Wilmington or Charlotte, NC

This position involves serving as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of financially complex clients within the mass affluent market segment in the Truist footprint. Responsibilities include developing and deepening client relationships through financial planning and advisory services, offering a broad range of retail solutions, and leveraging the Truist referral network for client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of mass affluent clients, providing personalized banking, investment, and insurance solutions.
  2. Understand client financial needs through profiling and financial planning analysis.
  3. Stay informed on economic, legal, and market trends affecting clients.
  4. Achieve revenue and retention goals by developing new clients and expanding services.
  5. Collaborate with internal partners to deliver seamless service and support client development.
  6. Build relationships with external centers of influence to enhance business growth.
  7. Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal policies.
  8. Participate in the ongoing development of the Premier Banking program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years in financial services dealing with banking, investments, or retail lending, or one year as a relationship manager.
  • Active securities licenses (SIE, Series 6/7/66/63/65) and insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain within specified timeframe.
  • Strong interpersonal, sales, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in related fields.
  • Experience in mass affluent banking.
  • Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, AAMS, CTFA, CLU, CRPC, or ChFC.
