As a(n) Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Cambridge, OH.

Job Description

1. Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing customer experience to improve financial wellbeing, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet.
2. Drives proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointments, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty and identify suitable PNC solutions.
3. Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through differentiated experiences, lobby engagement, and educating customers on managing transactions using technology and resources.
4. Applies product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, fostering loyalty.
5. Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.
