POSITION: Personal Banker - Central Square

Summary:

The Personal Banker will embody our core values, focusing on building long-term relationships with clients and assisting them in managing their bank accounts and finances.

Key Result Areas:

1. Understand and adhere to all Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), regulatory, security, retail banking, and bank-wide policies and procedures.
2. Perform customer transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure high-quality experiences for internal and external customers.
3. Develop and maintain substantial knowledge of bank products and services.
4. Sell and cross-sell the bank's products and services to prospective and existing business and personal customers based on their needs.
5. Balance cash at the end of the day and assist with branch settlement.
6. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and build rapport quickly.
