As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Bank organization, you will be based in Bowie, Maryland.

Job Description
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions. Leverage partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience. Perform lobby activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products. Educate customers on managing transactions using technology and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify and resolve customer issues, fostering loyalty.
  • Manage risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment. Participate in branch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Requirements include a minimum of 3+ years of related experience, with an Associate's degree or equivalent. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
