Skilled Wound Care in West Covina, CA is hiring an entry-level Personal Assistant and Inside Sales to support an executive and help grow the business.

The role combines administrative duties with sales outreach, including scheduling, client research, and proactive lead follow-up, with travel across Southern California and Playa Vista visits 1–2 times per week. Compensation is hourly with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to build rapport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel throughout Southern California.
• MUST be willing to travel to Playa Vista, CA 1-2 times a week.

About the Role:

As a Personal Assistant and Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting one of our executive members while contributing to the growth of our business. This is an entry-level position with significant potential for professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive member, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and prompt follow-up.
• Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calling, and email outreach.
• Conduct thorough research on potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in Skilled Wound Care's services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects over the phone.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve shared goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license for travel throughout Southern California
• Travel outside of California on as needed basis
• MUST be willing to travel to Playa Vista, CA 1-2 times a week
