Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Personal Assistant and Inside Sales to support an executive member and contribute to business growth. This entry-level role offers substantial development potential and exposure to both administrative and sales responsibilities.

You will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and handle errands while proactively pursuing new client opportunities. Travel within Southern California and occasional out-of-state trips are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive member, including managing schedules and appointments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
• Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
• Pursue new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calling, and email outreach.
• Conduct research on potential clients and identify key decision-makers to generate interest in Skilled Wound Care's services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects over the phone.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve shared goals.
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
