Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in-office in Columbus, OH. The role reports to the VP of Partnerships & Development and focuses on developing phone relationships with nursing home accounts and managing customer service relationships.

The candidate should have 1+ years in Inside Sales or telemarketing, strong communication skills, and excellent organization. Pre-employment DiSC testing may be required, and we are an equal opportunity employer.

• Advance Excel skills are a plus.

Skilled Wound Care, a leading national surgical physician group servicing nursing homes for wound care, ostomy care, and minor skincare, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our amazing group!

The Inside Sales Representative will report directly to the Vice President of Partnerships & Development. This individual will be responsible for developing phone relationships by prospecting nursing home accounts and manage customer service relationships. Job Duties:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Build strong relationships over the telephone
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects
• Nurture leads and structure deals
• Anticipate needs and provide high-level executive administrative support to VP
• Assist with projects

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Inside Sales or telemarketing experience preferred
• Phenomenal organizational skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
