This entry-level position supports an executive member, handling schedules, communications, and travel coordination while contributing to business growth.

You will pursue new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calls, and emails, build client relationships, and collaborate with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Prior healthcare experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout Southern California
• Willing to travel to Playa Vista, CA 1-2 times a week.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
