Job summary

United Cerebral Palsy Heartland in Saint Louis, MO seeks compassionate Personal Assistants ( Direct Care Providers ) for full-time night shifts (Sun-Tue 9PM-9AM, 36 hrs/wk). The role offers $21.00 per hour and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, personal hygiene, following medical orders, and facilitating activities and community outings. A clean driving record and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training.
• A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEKEND SHIFT PER WEEKEND
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel.
• Good written and oral communication skills
