Job summary

C&K Market Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead operations during assigned shifts in Wisconsin. You will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling skills, and the ability to coordinate with departments such as Meat, Produce, and Bakery/Deli while resolving issues and maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or grocery supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
